Experience an off-road adventure that combines rugged trails, beautiful scenery, and plenty of time to enjoy the coast. Ride along winding paths and a scenic cliffside, where you’ll pause to take in sweeping ocean views before continuing toward the mangrove estuary and the shores of Playa Cabuyal.


What sets this experience apart from our regular ATV Tour is the extra time at the beach. Once you arrive, slow down and enjoy the surroundings, take a refreshing swim, stroll along the shore, or simply relax before the ride back. Make your beach stop even more special by adding snacks and drinks to enjoy as a picnic by the sea.

      • Transportation to and from areas outside of the Papagayo Peninsula are excluded from base price, but can be added for a reasonable charge.

        • Not recommended for people with back problems, pregnant travelers, or people with heart conditions.
        • Participants will be required to complete a waiver and questionnaire regarding their physical condition.
        • Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted.
        • Vehicles are subject to availability and guests may be upgraded.
        • Must be 16 years old (and hold a valid driver's license) to operate an ATV, and 4 years old to be a passenger.
        • Transportation is generally available for purchase within 45 minutes from location.
